What the studio makes

We are a brand and content studio — not a media-buying shop, not a web-dev agency, not a generalist "full-service" firm that does everything adequately. We focus on the language, look and systems that make your brand recognisable before someone reads a single word.

01 · Brand strategy

Positioning & narrative

Before anyone touches a layout, we write the strategy. Who you serve, what you stand for, how you sound, and the proof points that make your promise believable. We run working sessions at our Chin Swee Road studio or over video — whichever gets the best thinking from your team.

Deliverables typically include a positioning document, messaging hierarchy, audience profiles, competitive language audit, and a narrative you can hand to investors, sales and your own content team. We write in plain English. No jargon decks that gather dust.

Most strategy engagements run four to six weeks. Retainer clients often keep us on for quarterly narrative reviews as the business evolves.

02 · Content systems

Editorial frameworks your team can run

A brand without a content system publishes inconsistently — different voices, mismatched visuals, posts that feel like they came from three different companies. We build the editorial infrastructure: tone guides, content pillars, template libraries, approval workflows and example posts that show the standard.

We design for the channels you actually use — Instagram, LinkedIn, email, TikTok if that is where your audience lives — not for a hypothetical "omnichannel" fantasy. Every template is tested at phone width before we hand it over.

03 · Visual identity

Look & feel that reads in a grid

Logo systems, typography direction, colour palettes, photography art direction and layout principles — packaged as guidelines your designers and agencies can follow. We do not do heavy illustration or 3D; we do clear, confident identity work that survives compression and cropping.

Identity projects include primary and secondary marks, type pairings, colour specs for print and screen, and a one-page "do / don't" sheet so nobody on your team accidentally stretches the logo on a Canva template.

04 · Campaigns & launch

Go-to-market copy and creative direction

Product launches, seasonal campaigns, store openings, funding announcements — we write and art-direct the moments that matter. Landing pages, email sequences, social launch kits, press language and in-store signage copy, all aligned to one narrative.

We partner with photographers, videographers and media buyers when the project needs them. We lead the brand layer; specialists handle their lanes.

05 · Packaging & product language

Words on things people hold

Packaging copy, product naming support, label hierarchy and the micro-copy on boxes, bags and inserts. We work with your industrial designers and printers — we know what fits on a 80mm label and what needs to move to the back panel.

Especially relevant for F&B, wellness and retail clients launching physical products in Singapore's competitive shelves.

06 · Retainer studio

Ongoing creative partnership

For teams that want a studio on call without hiring in-house. Monthly content sprints, creative direction, quarterly brand reviews and priority turnaround on ad-hoc briefs. Retainer clients get a dedicated lead strategist and a shared Slack channel — not a ticket queue.

Retainers start at a three-month minimum. We cap client numbers so every account gets senior attention, not junior overflow.
